When you think AR think Art in the Streets!
An organization has grown out of the Appropriate Response exhibit, and we have a website! Go to www.artinthestreets.org for all the info about us, and bookmark that because the AR website will soon be shrunken and moved to the new site.
Until then, this website will be somewhat crazy, short and often not so eloquent, but the AITS site is much more interesting now adays anyway :) We'll see you there!

A R T on B U S E S
has been delayed delayed delayed, and I swear it's not our fault. Issues with "questionable content" arose so many times, plus your typical technicalities not getting ironed out until a bit too late. But no need to get into it just yet, because the art is finally up!. What's Art on Buses? Click here for more details and to help this project be a succes.
The "Quilt" Mural has begun!
As of 5pm 9/12 we still have 3 currently unclaimed squares. Show up 9/12 and 9/13 between 6-8pm to claim one for your own use. For more info check the Mural page.
The exhibit is now over, with much success. Thanks to everyone who came, contributed time, money, and their presence! And make sure to tell the local businesses which supported us (Stormans/Minuteman Press/Oly Food Co-op) how great you think they are for doing so.
But the fun's not over yet! We are scheduling benefits, tabling events, etc to continue raising money for our Art on Buses , so keep on telling your friends, send on down your donations, or volunteer your time.
